本网讯(通讯员 丁玲)93日上午,永利集团2025版人才培养方案修订研讨会在四楼会议室召开。学院班子成员、各专业负责人、系部主任、院学术委员会成员参加了此次研讨会。

研讨会上,各专业负责人分别结合专业暑期调研情况对本专业2025版人才培养方案修订的思路和想法进行了第一轮的汇报。商务英语专业负责人欧秋耘提出了对学生进行分方向培养以及打通英语类专业选修课的设想;英语系专业负责人祝钰就控制学分、删减重复课程、加强实践、体现师范特色等方面分享了自己的想法;日语专业负责人王晓刚提出了日语专业与软件工程专业或AI技术联合培养的模式;翻译专业负责人胡波提出了广泛调研兄弟院校好的培养模式来拓宽思路的提意。英语系主任陈曦、商英系主任孙玲燕、翻译系主任杨露和院学术委员会委员喻候林也分别结合时代发展和专业特色对本专业人才培养方案的修订谈了自己的看法。大英部主任冯婷就教务处提出的大学外语教学改革建议提出了自己的想法,并表示下一步会召集大英部老师们研讨,制定出具体的改革方案。

随后学院副书记姚勇结合自己多年的学工经验和对人才培养的理解对各专业人才培养方案的修订进行了解读;副院长冶慧颖、唐植君也分别结合各专业特点和市场需求对此次人才培养方案的修订提出了建设性意见和建议。

在听取了各专业的汇报后,永利集团3044官网欢迎您分党委书记胡崇芝、院长刘晖对各专业前期所做工作和深入思考给予了充分肯定。他们指出,人才培养方案是学院人才培养的纲领性文件;目前社会发展、科技进步、人工智能等都对各专业的人才培养提出了更高要求,这既是挑战也是机遇,各专业应紧密结合社会需求和行业发展趋势深刻思变、积极应变、主动求变,争取能制定出既符合时代需求,又充分体现专业特色的人才培养方案,为学院专业的持续性发展和人才培养质量提升奠定良好的基础。(图片 丁玲\审核 冶慧颖、刘晖)



School of Foreign Languages Holding Seminar on Revision of the 2025 Talent Cultivation Program

(Correspondent: Ding Ling) On the morning of September 3, our school held a seminar on the revision of the 2025 talent cultivation program in the fourth-floor meeting room. Members of the school leadership, heads of various majors, department chairs, and members of the school academic committee attended the seminar.

During the seminar, the heads of each major presented their ideas and thoughts on the revision of the 2025 talent cultivation program based on summer survey. The head of the Business English major, Ou Qiuyun, proposed the idea of directional cultivation for students and integrating elective courses across English majors; Zhu Yu, the head of the English major, shared thoughts on controlling credits, reducing redundant courses, strengthening practice, and reflecting the characteristics of teacher education. Wang Xiaogang, the head of the Japanese major, proposed a joint cultivation model with software engineering or AI technology; Hu Bo, the head of the Translation major, put forward the suggestion of widely investigating good cultivation models of brother colleges and universities to broaden thinking. Chen Xi, the chair of the English department, Sun Lingyan, the chair of the Business English department, Yang Lu, the chair of the Translation department, and Yu Houlin, a member of the school academic committee, also shared their views on the revision of the talent cultivation plan in combination with the development of the times and professional characteristics. Feng Ting, the head of the College English department, presented her ideas on the teaching reform suggestions for college foreign language teaching proposed by the Academic Affairs Office and expressed her intention to convene a discussion among the College English department faculty to formulate a specific reform plan.

Subsequently, Yao Yong, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the school, combined his many years of experience in student affairs and understanding of talent cultivation to interpret the revision of the talent cultivation plan. Ye Huiying and Tang Zhijun, vice deans, also put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on the revision of talent cultivation plan in combination with the characteristics of each major and market demand.

After listening to the reports of each major, Hu Chongzhi, secretary of the Party Committee of the school, and Liu Hui, dean of the school, fully affirmed the work and in-depth thinking done by each major. They pointed out that the talent cultivation plan is a programmatic document for the school’s talent cultivation. Currently, social development, technological progress, artificial intelligence, etc. have put forward higher requirements for the talent cultivation of each major. This presents both challenges and opportunities. Each major should closely integrate social needs and industry development trends, deeply think about changes, actively respond to changes, and take the initiative to seek changes. Strive to formulate a talent cultivation plan that not only meets the needs of the times but also fully reflects professional characteristics, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of our school's majors and the improvement of talent cultivation quality.
