英语优师班是永利集团3044官网欢迎您的新建班级，今年迎来了第一批16名学生。为保障优师班学生的专业成长与全面发展，学院精心制定了导师制学习成长计划。每名优师班学生都将配备四类导师：专业导师、语音导师、三字一话（字、词、句的书写与表达）导师以及语言教学导师。这一多层次的导师机制，旨在帮助学生在学术、教学技能、语言表达等多个方面打下坚实基础。特别是针对师范生的教学基本功，学院设置了专门的教学训练，确保学生能够在未来的教学实践中运用所学，实现理想的教学效果。

Foreign Languages School Holding Mentor Meeting for the 2024 English Excellent Teacher Class
(By Correspondent Chen Xi) On the afternoon of September 26, 2024, the mentor meeting for the 2024 English Excellent Teacher Class of the Foreign Languages School was successfully held in the conference room. This meeting marked the launch of a comprehensive learning support system for the new students of the Excellent Teacher Class, aiming to provide them with personalized guidance and assistance.
The English Excellent Teacher Class is a newly established class in the Foreign Languages School, and this year, it welcomed its first batch of 16 students.To ensure the professional growth and comprehensive development of the students, the school has carefully formulated a mentorship program. Each student in the Excellent Teacher Class will be assigned four types of mentors: a professional mentor, a pronunciation mentor, a mentor for “calligraphy and mandarin”, and a language teaching mentor. This multi-tiered mentorship mechanism is designed to help students lay a solid foundation in various areas such as academics, teaching skills, and language proficiency.
