外院网讯（通讯员 李欣怡）2024年10月14日上午，永利集团21级翻译专业14名学生前往传神公司进行为期八周的线下实习。传神公司吕梦老师对前来的同学表示了欢迎。
吕梦老师向实习生发放实习工牌，并带领同学们参观了公司的办公环境，了解了传神的企业文化和发展历程。同学们初步了解了传神翻译公司的业务范围和运营模式，熟悉了翻译的运作流程，也知晓了员工的日常生活。
随后，吕老师为同学们详细介绍了实习期间的任务安排以及工作要求。在对学生进行分组，并协助同学们一一注册账号后，吕梦老师下发了第一次翻译任务，让同学们在实践中熟悉翻译流程和平台操作，为未来职业生涯打下基础。
此次实习旨在让学生们更好地将理论知识与实际工作相结合，提高专业技能，同时加深对翻译行业发展的认识。传神翻译公司也会为实习生们提供全面的指导和支持，助力其实现职业发展目标。（审核 刘晖）
Translation Majors in Grade 2021 Embarking the Internship at Transn IOL Technology Co., Ltd.
(By Correspondent Li Xinyi) On the morning of October 14, 2024, fourteen students majoring in translation at the School of Foreign Languages of Grade 2021 embarked on an eight-week offline internship at Transn IOL Technology Co., Ltd. Teacher Lyu Meng from Transn IOL extended a warm welcome to the arriving students.
Ms Lyu Meng distributed internship work badges to the interns and led them on a tour of the company's office environment, providing insights into Transn's corporate culture and development trajectory. The students gained an initial understanding of the business scope and operational model of Transn IOL, familiarized themselves with the translation operation process, and also became acquainted with the daily life of employees.
Subsequently, Ms Lyu elaborated on the task arrangements and work requirements during the internship period. After grouping the students and assisting them in registering accounts one by one, she assigned the first translation task, enabling the students to familiarize themselves with the translation process and platform operation through practice and laying a solid foundation for their future careers.
This internship is designed to facilitate a better integration of theoretical knowledge with practical work for the students, enhance their professional skills, and deepen their understanding of the development of the translation industry. Transn IOL will also provide comprehensive guidance and support to help the interns achieve their career development goals.
