    外院网讯(通讯员 温欣)20241024日下午,永利集团3044官网欢迎您全体教师汇聚一堂,参加了学院科研交流活动。本次活动由刘晖院长主持,英语专业季苏鹤博士围绕高水平论文写作、投稿和审稿三个方面分享心得,受到与会教师的热烈欢迎。

季老师首先就科研写作展开讨论,介绍了几种适合新教师的论文类型,尤其强调了综述类和实证类论文的可操作性。她结合自身在博士期间的研究经历,分享了定性比较分析等实用的论文分析方法,帮助老师们更好地理解和开展学术论文写作。

在介绍高水平论文投稿环节,季老师详细讲解了如何选择合适期刊,并分享自己在投稿过程中积累的心得与体会,强调了期刊选择对论文发表的重要性。通过她的分享,在场教师们对高水平论文发表有了更清晰的认识。

Research Paper Writing Exchange and Sharing Activity —— Dr. Ji Suhe: Writing and Submitting SSCI Papers

  (Reporter Wen Xin) On the afternoon of October 24, 2024, faculty members of the School of Foreign Languages gathered to participate in the academic research exchange activity. The event was hosted by Dean Liu Hui, and Dr. Ji Suhe from English Department shared in-depth insights on research paper writing, paper submission, and peer review, which was warmly welcomed by the attending teachers.

Dr. Ji began the discussion with research paper writing, introducing several types of papers suitable for new teachers, with a particular emphasis on the practicality of review and empirical research papers. Drawing on her own research experiences during doctoral studies, she shared some practical paper analysis methods, such as qualitative comparative analysis, to help teachers better understand and engage in academic writing.

In the submission part, Dr. Ji elaborated on how to choose the right journal for submission and shared her insights and experiences, highlighting the importance of journal selection for paper publication. Her sharing provided teachers with a clearer understanding of the entire process of quality paper publishing.

Finally, Dr. Ji presented her new perspectives on paper publication as a peer reviewer. She noted that this role had given her a deeper understanding and reflection on writing and publishing papers, and also inspired the attending teachers with new insights into research work.
